UGL Premas, Asia’s leading asset and facility management firm, is proud to be awarded the Preferred Bidder Status, as part of the Singapore Sports Hub Consortium (SSHC), for the world’s first and largest integrated sports PPP project. The tenure of this project is 25-years and its scopes include design, construct, finance and operate Singapore’s largest sports hub. This is indeed a significant achievement for UGL Premas as it is the first PPP project undertaken by the company.
